I usually make papercrafts characters and vehicles from video games or movies, so I'm afraid chances that I will make terrain/scenery like that are very slim, sorry...
I know a lot of other websites do have stuff like that, though, to make papercraft tabletop gaming terrain, or display pieces for action figures (like Figma doll scenery):
Here are a few links that I remembered posting about earlier:
ninjatoes.blogspot.com/2012/01…ninjatoes.blogspot.com/2014/03…ninjatoes.blogspot.com/2013/06…ninjatoes.blogspot.com/2012/07…And here are many more links that I had bookmarked when I decided to share them on my papercraft weblog, much of them are for fantasy/sci-fi wargaming, but some have urban/modern terrain and scenery too:
ninjatoes.blogspot.com/2008/08…And of course, with Google you can find *lots* more, even from commercial companies that often have some freebies to let fans try out their papercraft works.
The scale might not be right, but one of the good things of papercraft is that you can adjust that to your liking of course. ;o)
I hope you will find some papercrafts you can use, have fun!
