Artist's Comments
As you can see, originally the mask covering Link's mouth was a seperate piece. It looks great of course, but I thought it was much too detailed like that for the scale I was planning to make my papercraft Zora armor Link in (about 25 cm tall).
So I basically pasted the mask and Link's face together, by editing the face texture (I gave him back his eyes too, because well, a hero's gotta see right?) Keeping the seperate mask would have meant a little extra detailed looking ZaL perhaps, but would probably have been a lot more difficult to build. That's the choice you make. ;o) I hope to have ZaL finished soon, stay tuned and have fun building! |
