Although it has a lot of parts, it's a good build (I might be a little biased of course ;o)
The balance is a lot better than you'd expect though, and I really like the size. Not too big and not too small, and the only really small parts are the fangs, while the rest is just the right size to handle (for me at least ;o)
OMG Amazing!!!!!!! O_O I love this secret boss too much but i hate him too, cause i had ALOT of problems trying to kill him xD i get annoyed to hell xD
Yeah, like all Square-Enix games, the optional, secret bosses are *much* harder than the regular ones! I didn't manage to beat Kurt Zisa the first time either... ;o)
I'm glad you're enjoying the build! The most important part in papercrafting I think, is to pre-shape the parts very well: if there are any fold lines, make sure you fold them the right way (up or down) and curve/bend the part if it needs to be curved/bent.
The fold lines can sometimes be very hard to see on the printed version, so to make sure you didn't miss any on difficult parts, have a good look at the digital, PDF version.
Take your time on difficult parts and follow the instructions (try holding the parts together without glue first to see if you got it right) and then I'm sure you can do it.
A special tip on Kurt Zisa, is that when you get to glueing the 6 arms to the body, do so 2 at a time: 1 left, and 1 right. That way, you can work out the balance. ;o)
People always tell me they surprised themselves with the skills they never knew they had, but any papercraft does does require a lot of time and patience! ;o)
Wow, am I the only guy who thought this guy wasn't that hard (Sephiroth on the other hand...)? Great model. I think I'll try to finish my other projects so that I'll have all spring break to make Mr. Zisa.
