Paper Mario is available from my own papercraft webpage ([link]) unfortunately the original site that made the paper Bowser is gone, but you can still find it on other sites with a bit of searching. ;o)

I remember trying to build that Bowser for my first papercraft model. I never could figure it out, so I built something else.
If you look in my gallery, you can see I'm trying to design my first papercraft model, a Black Mage with the Blender tool. Do you have any advice for exporting the model into Pepakura? Or do you use a different tool to unfold a model into a papercraft design?

Well, these are the file formats that Pepakura Designer supports, so my first advice woul dbe to choose one of these: [link] ;o)

I don't really have any experience with Blender I'm afraid, I usually use Metasequoia (which saves natively as *.mqo) and I've never had any trouble with it.

I think the best thing to do, is try out for yourself which file format works best for you.

Many people export their 3D model as a Wavefront *.obj file, but if it gives you trouble, try changing the export settings or even a different file format until it does work. ;o)
